  1. Janette helped me through the challenges of buying a new house while I was going through a difficult divorce. Gay Marriage Yay! Gay divorce not so much.

She was very attentive, took time to really learn what I was looking for and made sure I was looking in neighborhoods that would be safe, fun and comfortable for me as a newly single gay man.

She found me an amazing home home at a great price that met all my needs and made sure there were plenty of cute single guys in the neighborhood.

I also want to call out how completely focused she was on getting me the right home vs. making the most commission. I was pretty set on putting an offer on a house I had found that was at the top of my budget. She told me about another house she was convinced was right for me and even though I was resistant, she finally convinced me to see it. I fell in love with it and immediately made an offer and bought it. (at $100,000 less than the other house). This saved me significant money and actulally cost her a lot of commission.

I recommend her to everyone buying home, but especially all of the LGBT community. She looks at communities from all angles including LGBT friendliness and safety. BTW Ladies, she is very cute.

Call her now and get into your new home.
