From check in I knew that this would be a different experience. Many times when I am checking in with my partner, the front desk agent usually tells us that a king bed was in the room and ask if this reservation is correct. As if we didn’t make the reservation and this was a mistake! For the first time, the staff member of this eloquent hotel just confirmed our accommodations without thought. We were provided with the same service that should be expected by any couple. The stay was all positive from there! With many visible members of the LGBT community as part of the hotel staff, this establishment has done it right.
