As a LGBT Mobile Advocate, I’m pleased to say that the University of South Alabama Medical College is making effort to add to the teaching curriculum LGBT health issues. I have been to the medical college to speak to medical and psychology students in the past year. They are wanting to add a human aspect to their teaching so the future doctors are prepared for dialogue and medical help for future patience. Very excited about this continued platform for education.
